Funds for Closing must be received prior to or at the closing date. Our preferred method is wire. We do not charge for wires.
If you are buying or selling in the name of a business, corporation or LLC, you will be required to provide specific documentation.
Buyers and sellers must provide identification prior to or at the closing date. Check that expiration date before the closing date.
To ensure the seller receives their funds, we do not allow emailed wiring instructions for proceeds from the sale.
Sellers should request utilities be turned off and buyers should request utilities be turned on. Communication is the key to a happy closing.
